2026 The Sinai Awards, Tablet Magazine

For the past two years, it has been my great honor to design Tablet Magazine's Sinai Awards. I create them in Murano glass and gold leaf using the lost-wax technique, incorporating a real matzo baked in the Jewish Ghetto in Venice, Italy. The Sinai Award is Tablet's way of recognizing people who have made the world a freer place for the rest of us. The winners come from all walks of life. It is a true privilege to meet each of them and to see my sculpture in their hands. Thank you, Alana Newhouse, and Tablet Magazine. It is my wish that this award continues forever.
